From October 9 to 12, the 13th Congress of the Association of Foreign Students (AIS Russia) took place in Ufa, bringing together over 150 representatives from regional branches across the country. The USUE delegation included students from the Institute of Digital Management Technologies and Information Security.

The goal of the congress was to promote the development of a unified international student community in Russia, strengthen intercultural dialogue, and foster a positive image of the country in the global educationalspace. The program included plenary sessions, thematic roundtables, educational lectures, and master classes.

Emanuel Nieto, a student at the Institute of Technical and Information Technologies (ITUST) and Business (ITBI), shared his impressions of participating in the forum:
"The main idea of the event was to highlight the challenges international students face in Russia. We had the opportunity to discuss academic, migration, and cultural processes. It was a very interesting experience because we received very useful information and had the opportunity to share our concerns and needs. Furthermore, the Association of International Students of Russia is interested in continuing our collaboration with the Ural branch."
USUE students' participation in such a significant event not only contributes to our students' personal and professional growth but also strengthens the university's position as a center for international education and cross-cultural interaction.
