Academic mobility
Every USUE student studying 1-4 years of a bachelor's or master's degree (except for the last semester) has the right to undergo free training at a USUE partner university for one semester in his specialty.
In this case, only tuition is included, the rest of the expenses (transport, accommodation, meals, etc.) are paid by the student independently. Upon the student’s return, the subjects taken at a foreign university are re-read for him, if they were in his curriculum.
To participate in the program you will need:
- Knowledge of the foreign language in which the training will be carried out
- No academic debt
- No tuition debt
- Valid passport
- Explore the list of partner universities
- If you decide to participate, take the necessary documents.
For the international department of a foreign university:
- Application form
- Training Agreement
- Resume in a foreign language
- Motivational letter
- The second set of documents is collected after the selection carried out by the UMS USUE.

For the winter semester - February 15
For the summer semester - July 15
Some partner universities have application deadlines listed above. If you have chosen such a university, we ask you to send documents no later than 5 working days before the deadline.

Обучение по обмену
Каждый студент УрГЭУ, обучающийся на 1-4 курсе бакалавриата или магистратуры (кроме последнего семестра), имеет право пройти бесплатное обучение в вузе-партнере УрГЭУ в течение одного семестра по своей специальности.
В этом случае включается только стоимость обучения, остальные расходы (транспорт, проживание, питание и т.д.) оплачиваются студентом самостоятельно. По возвращению студента ему перечитываются предметы, пройденные в зарубежном вузе, если они были в его учебной программе.
Для участия в программе вам понадобится:
- Знание иностранного языка, на котором будет проводиться обучение
- Нет академической задолженности
- Нет долга за обучение
- Паспорт
- Изучите список университетов-партнеров
- Если вы решили участвовать, возьмите необходимые документы.
Для международного отдела зарубежного университета:
- Форма заявки
- Соглашение об обучении
- Резюме на иностранном языке
- Мотивационное письмо
- Второй комплект документов собирается после отбора, проводимого УМС УрГЭУ.
- Срок подачи заявок
На зимний семестр – 15 февраля.
На летний семестр – 15 июля.
В некоторых университетах-партнерах указаны сроки подачи заявок. Если вы выбрали такой вуз, просим вас прислать документы не позднее, чем за 5 рабочих дней до установленного срока.

- After nomination USUE contact the incoming students directly. Student should send the following documents to the International coordinator of USUE:

- Spring semester (21 weeks): January 13 – June 30.
