The main priorities of USUE's international activities are to increase the efficiency of work through the use of experience and technologies of the world leading universities and companies, as well as the export of educational services.

International cooperation is an integral part of the Ural state University of Economics, an important tool in ensuring the quality of education and its compliance with international standards, and the development of international cooperation is a strategic goal of the University.

USUE's International cooperation department is in charg of following activities:

• establishment of partnerships with foreign universities and organizations;
• joint development and implementation of international educational programs, allowing students to obtain diplomas and certificates of foreign educational institutions;
• organization and participation in international research projects;
• monitoring of existing scholarship programs for education and research abroad and informing students and teachers about such opportunities, as well as consulting support for students and teachers of the University in the preparation of documents for study abroad;
• European diploma Supplement issue;
• admission of foreign students and receiption of foreign delegations;
• academic mobility organization.
